Q. Can I stay overnight with my infant child?
A. We are sorry, but children under six years of age cannot stay in our accommodation facilities.

Q. Is smoking allowed inside the buildings?
A. No, smoking is not allowed in the entire facility except for a designated smoking area near the entrance.

Q. Can I make a reservation by telephone?
A. Yes, we accept reservations by telephone. However, after a reservation is made, we ask guests to submit an application form. The application form can be downloaded form our site. (Click here.) Please fill in the form and send it to us by post or FAX.

Q. Will any fee be charged in addition to the basic accommodation fee?
A. All the fees indicated on our website include tax and service fees. Breakfast will be served with extra charge.

Q. Can I have supper in the facility?
A. We do not serve supper. Basically, we ask guests to eat out. We are happy to provide information about dining places around Kintetsu Nara Station or Naramachi.

Q. Does the facility have a parking lot?
A. We have a parking lot with a capacity of ten cars. Please inform us if you wish to use the parking lot. However, we might not be able to meet your request, in which case we ask for your understanding.

Q. I want information about shopping and sightseeing.
A. Our local staff members are happy to provide information about good shops and places for sightseeing.
