
Kyu-sesin-in
Seson-in was built as a guesthouse for sub-temple of Kofukuji in the early Momoyama era, 16th century.
The government of Nara has maintained this historic building which has dive Japanese tatami-mat rooms and a room with a wooden floor the size of twenty tatami-mats having a beautiful view of a Japanese garden.
You will find it is the best place to exhibit your traditional arts: for examples,Paintings, pictures, photos, calligraphy, embroideries, patch works, Kimonos, Bonsais, etc.
The lecture hall
This hall is available for various kinds of meetings;for example, academic conferences, group activities, workshops, seminars and lectures.
It can accommodate 54 people and provides video,OHP, screen and an assortment of AV equipment.

'Nara-Gaku seminar House' in Japanese.
'Nara-Gaku' literary means 'to study Nara 'It is very challenging to understand everything about Nara.
